To apply for technical support, please submit a support ticket. When you are submitting the support ticket, please
  • You need to login to your Account to submit a support ticket.
  • Select/specify the extension you have purchased.
  • Provide us as much details as you can so we can assist you quickly and at our best.
  • Attach screenshot and logs if required.
On submitting the support ticket, your issue will be submitted to our support team and a support person will attend your ticket within 24 to 48 hours and will reply you via email. (Please be patient when posting an issue as staff may not be in the same timezone as you).
