Sometimes a customer may want some information about a product that is not displayed on the product page. In such a case if the customer does not find a way to interact with the support team or store-owner, he may abandon the purchase due to confusion. ‘Product Questions’ extension encourages a customer to interact with the admin by letting them ask questions on the product page. Admin can review that question, respond to it and choose whether to display it publicly or privately.
Set multiple receiver(s) with comma(,) separated for new question email notification from configuration area.
